Refunds and license FAQ
BankBridge's 14-day refund policy, what a license includes, renewals, site limits, Plaid fees, and the GPL license for the plugin code. Short answers.
Last updated by the PluginLoom team
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying BankBridge. A license gives you the plugin, updates and support for one year on the number of sites in your plan. Plaid's fees are separate and billed by Plaid.
What is the refund policy?#
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Open a support ticket from your account and include your order email. When a refund is issued, the license is marked refunded and stops receiving updates and support. See the full refund policy page for details.
What does a license include?#
| Included | Not included |
|---|---|
| The BankBridge plugin for your plan's site count | Plaid fees |
| Updates for one year | Your payment processor's fees |
| Support for one year | Custom development |
| Access to previous versions in your account | Hosting |
How do I pay?#
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Your receipt and invoice links are in your PluginLoom account.
What happens after one year?#
The plugin keeps working. To keep getting updates and support, renew from your account.
Can I upgrade to more sites?#
Yes. Upgrade your plan from your account. See license activation to add or move sites.
Do I pay Plaid separately?#
Yes. You create your own Plaid account, and Plaid bills you under your Plaid plan. Plaid's Sandbox is free. Plaid's pricing page (opens in a new tab) lists Pay as You Go, Growth and Custom plans, without published prices. See the Plaid pricing guide.
Is the plugin code GPL?#
Yes. Like other WordPress plugins, the BankBridge code is licensed under the GPL. Your license key is what gives you updates and support.
Is BankBridge made by Plaid?#
No. Plaid is a trademark of Plaid Inc. BankBridge is an independent plugin and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Plaid.
How do I get help?#
Search these docs first. If that does not solve it, open a support ticket from your account. Include your site URL, BankBridge version, and any Plaid error_code and link_session_id.
