Terms of sale

Last updated October 23, 2026

These terms apply when you buy a license on pluginloom.com. The seller is Four Cents, 49 Thorncliffe Park Drive, East York, ON M4H 1J6, Canada. By completing checkout you agree to them.

What you buy

You buy a license key for one plugin and plan. The key gives you access to plugin downloads, updates and support for the term shown at checkout, on up to the number of sites on your plan. The plugin code itself is licensed under the GPL; see the license terms.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is shown at checkout.

Renewals

Yearly licenses renew automatically on the anniversary of purchase at the price of your plan at that time, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We email you 30 and 7 days before each renewal. You can cancel renewal at any time in your account under Orders and billing. If you cancel, your license keeps working until the end of the term you paid for.

Upgrades

You can move to a plan with more sites at any time. For a license that renews through Stripe, you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current term.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy.

Third-party services

Some plugins connect to services run by other companies, such as Plaid. You need your own account with those services, you accept their terms, and they bill you directly. Their fees are not part of your PluginLoom license. We are not responsible for their availability, approval decisions or pricing.

Support

Support is provided by email and through your account for the term of your license. Support covers installing, configuring and using the plugin as documented. It does not include custom development or fixing problems caused by other plugins, themes or hosting.

Liability

The plugins are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that license in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or data. You are responsible for testing plugins on a staging site and keeping backups before using them on a live site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy or renew applies to that purchase.
