Pricing questions
Are Plaid fees included?
No. Plaid bills its own fees to your Plaid account. Your BankBridge license covers the plugin, updates and support.
Does the license renew automatically?
Yes. Yearly licenses renew through Stripe on the purchase anniversary. We email you before each renewal, and you can cancel any time from your account.
What happens if I do not renew?
The plugin keeps working on your sites. Updates and support stop until you renew.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from your account at any time; you pay the difference for the rest of your year.
What is your refund policy?
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Do you offer invoices?
Yes. Every payment has a Stripe invoice and receipt, available in your account.
