Accessibility statement

Last updated October 23, 2026

We want everyone to be able to buy, use and get help with our plugins. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Partially conformant means some parts may not yet fully meet the standard. We have not yet had a full manual audit with screen reader users, so we do not claim full conformance.

What we test

  • Automated checks with axe-core on the home, product, pricing, docs, support, sign-in and account pages, on desktop and at phone width. The last run on October 23, 2026 found no violations.
  • Keyboard use: every link, button and form can be reached and used without a mouse, with a visible focus outline.
  • Colour contrast of at least 4.5 to 1 for text, checked against our colour system.
  • Respect for reduced motion settings. The animated use cases on the home page stop when your device asks for reduced motion, pause while you hover or focus them, and have a Pause button.
  • Screen reader labels for controls, a skip link to the main content, one main heading per page and form fields with visible labels and error messages.

The ADA and other accessibility laws

In the United States, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) applies to businesses that serve the public, and the Department of Justice has said this includes their websites. The ADA does not name a technical standard for private business websites, so we use WCAG 2.2 level AA as our benchmark. WCAG is the standard US federal rules point to (Section 508 uses WCAG 2.0 and the 2024 ADA Title II rule for state and local governments uses WCAG 2.1), as do laws elsewhere such as Ontario's AODA and the European standard EN 301 549. Version 2.2 is the newest and builds on 2.0 and 2.1.

We do not use an accessibility overlay or widget. We fix issues in the site's own code instead, because overlays do not make a site conform and can get in the way of the assistive technology people already use.

This statement describes our own website. It is not legal advice about your site, and using BankBridge does not by itself make your website accessible.

Known limits

  • Stripe Checkout pages are run by Stripe and covered by Stripe's own accessibility work.
  • Product illustrations are decorative and described in text nearby.

Report a barrier

If something does not work for you, tell us and say which page and what assistive technology you use. We will reply and work on a fix.
